Our spacious venue comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests with flexible floor plan options, including theater-style or reception-style setups. Whether you're planning a special celebration or a corporate gathering, we offer customizable Event and Business Meeting Packages to suit your needs.

- Adjoining Staging Kitchen— stove, two ovens, sink, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. NO onsite cooking is allowed.
- Accommodations for up to 150 people
- Round Tables— 60” Diameter, seat 8 people
- Rectangular Tables— 8’x30”, seat 8 people
- Setup will be provided by LCHBA staff
- Updated Projector and Sound System for presentations
- Wireless Handheld Microphones & Podium available for an additional fee
- Dance floor. 2 sizes to accommodate large and small events.
- Back Patio area is available upon request
- A large private parking lot

BTNM is a self-insured fund that covers our Participant’s statutory workers’ compensation requirements. Builders Trust of New Mexico serves construction industry-related companies that are members of our sponsoring association the New Mexico Home Builders Association.
BTNM is a self-insured fund which allows us to focus on our Participants and their needs. One difference is our attitude toward risk. We have experienced Field Safety staff that will consult and perform safety training classes for our Participants/Owners to help reduce risk on the job site.
