Membership Information

Premier Contractor Membership shall be open to any licensed person, firm, or corporation that is in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community; and who performs this construction, or resides within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association; is of good character and business reputation; agrees to abide by the provisions of the Bylaws of the Association; subscribes to the purpose of the Association, and meets with the approval of the Board of Directors. 

Membership Includes full access to local, state, and national benefits.

Premier Industry Partner Membership shall be open to any licensed person, firm, or corporation that is in the business of supporting the construction and trade industry within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association; is of good character and business reputation; agrees to abide by the provisions of the Bylaws of the Association; subscribes to the purpose of the Association, and meets with the approval of the Board of Directors. 

Membership Includes full access to local, state, and national benefits.

Affiliate Membership, is open to any employee of a current Local or Premier Membership (Contractor or Industry Partner). Affiliate members inherit the benefits of the parent company's membership package. 

Local Membership shall be open to any licensed person, firm, or corporation that is in the business of building or rebuilding homes, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community or supports the construction and trade industry within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association; is of good character and business reputation; agrees to abide by the provisions of the Bylaws of the Association; subscribes to the purpose of the Association, and meets with the approval of the Board of Directors. 

This membership option is open to anyone who is seeking access to local association events and Builders Trust Insurance. Membership does not include access to benefits at the state or national level.

The Associate Membership is a non-voting membership available to anyone in the construction and trade industry seeking access to Builder's Trust Workers Compensation Insurance who does not wish to access the full range of benefits offered by the New Mexico Construction Alliance. This membership level still provides valuable access to select resources from Builder's Trust, including free or low-cost Safety and Education Courses, supporting ongoing professional development and workplace safety. This membership does not offer access to any other local, state, or national benefits.
