LCHBA Education Homes Foundation
"Our Mission is to create education in association with our local schools and help our local government develop and build affordable housing."

The LCHBA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Non Profit, that addresses educational gaps for middle and high school students. Understanding that the traditional college pathway isn't suited for everyone, the foundation promotes vocational training as a rewarding alternative, equipping young people with practical construction skills.
This initiative offers hands-on learning experiences, emphasizing the value of trade skills and providing an alternative route to success without the financial burdens of college debt.
The foundation provides the tools and skills necessary for students to succeed in the trades. Students who assist in the build of the education homes are provided with a 10-hour OSHA training, and a fully equipped toolbelt.
The foundation's success owes much to the dedication of educators whose persistence brought this initiative to life. By reinvesting proceeds from the sale of student-built homes, the foundation aims to expand its reach, ensuring more students can benefit from this real-world educational opportunity that fosters achievement and community involvement. We welcome sponsors to help these students find their way to a successful career in the skilled trades.
