The Transwestern Pipeline Company (an Energy Transfer subsidiary) is hosting an open house for public comment for the Desert Southwest Expansion Project, a 516-mile, 42–48 inch natural gas pipeline designed to transport from the Permian Basin to Arizona/New Mexico/Texas.
