West Mesa Builders was founded with a vision to create thoughtfully designed homes and communities that reflect the unique beauty, climate, and lifestyle of Southern New Mexico. Based in Las Cruces, West Mesa takes a design-driven approach to residential construction, integrating architecture, interior planning, and construction into a cohesive process that results in homes that feel timeless, functional, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
The partners behind West Mesa are also the developers of the Picacho Mountain community and the Three Crosses Hospital and Medical Campus, bringing decades of combined experience in development, construction, and long-term community planning. Their work has helped shape some of the most recognizable growth areas in Las Cruces while maintaining a strong focus on quality, regional character, and thoughtful design.
West Mesa Builders specializes in custom homes that balance modern livability with architectural styles rooted in the Southwest desert. Each project is approached individually, with careful consideration given to views, orientation, indoor-outdoor living, and how the home will function for everyday life and entertaining. West Mesa Builders was also nominated Best New Home Builder in the 2026 Las Cruces Bulletin Best of the City awards.
Today, West Mesa continues to expand its presence in Picacho Mountain with new neighborhoods currently under development, including The Villas at Picacho Mountain, where new view homesites are now accepting reservations.
