Las Cruces, NM – 7/29/24 – The Las Cruces Home Builders Association Board of Directors are proud to announce that it will now be doing business as the New Mexico Construction Alliance (NMCA). This change reflects our expanded mission to advocate for the entire New Mexico construction industry, not only those who build, but also those who design, develop, maintain, supply, and support the industry, ensuring continued growth and success.

The New Mexico Construction Alliance (NMCA) is dedicated to serving as the voice of the New Mexico construction industry. Our mission is to support communities and businesses within the industry by advocating for beneficial regulations, providing educational opportunities, and ensuring our members have the necessary resources to thrive.
Leadership
The NMCA will continue to benefit from the experienced leadership of our Executive Director, Nicole Black, who has successfully guided our association since 2015. Under her direction, the association has flourished and will continue to do so as we embrace our new identity and mission.

Dear Members & Friends,
I’m extremely excited about the opportunities that are left for 2024. It’s with that sense of renewed energy that I encourage each and everyone of you to push yourselves to participate in everything that the NMCA/LCHBA has planned!
By taking what was started by our innovative and pioneering Past Presidents, we have a chance to change the face of the construction industry here in Southern New Mexico. In addition to that, we have the ability to actually change peoples lives in our community. Whether it's reaffirming to local youth that the construction industry isn’t just an optional profession, it can be an extremely profitable one; or working with our members to provide them services and resources that truly enhance their ability to run their business.
As the President of the LCHBA for 2024 and 2025, I hope that everyone who reads this knows that they have a voice in this association, and that I want them to be heard. Our success is tied to each and every one of your voices and I can’t wait to hear what you have to say and what wonderful ideas you have in mind.
