Build My Future

Build My Future is a dynamic, hands-on event designed to ignite excitement in young people about pursuing rewarding careers in the skilled trades. More than just a career fair, it’s an opportunity to shift perceptions, showcase the innovation within the construction industry, and highlight the critical role a skilled workforce plays in shaping our future. This year’s event will be hosted at New Mexico State University Lot 30, bringing together students, educators, and industry professionals for an unforgettable experience. In 2024, over 1,200 middle and high school students from across Southern New Mexico participated—making Build My Future one of the region’s premier workforce development events.
